When Will I Be Able To Use Roxio Game Capture On Ps4

So I bought a Roxio Game capture HD Pro and got it all hooked up but when I tried to record it gave me a "signal protected" sign. After doing some research I came to understand that a system software update would come along soon that well allow it to work. So I'm wondering when well this update be released?

I would guess that you won't need any HDMI splitter since the patch Sony provided allows you to turn off the protection scheme on the HDMI signal.

ok thank you so much! because every setup video ive seen on yt they all have splitters, so is the setup just like the ps3 for the roxio hd pro?

Can i please get a response from an admin on this? My ps4 is coming in tomorrow but i cant find a setup guide for the roxio hd pro, what is the setup for it???

I don't have either system, but the setup will be the same. Once you've applied the patch to be able to disable HDCP, you should be able to connect using HDMI cables, as I suspect you're doing with the PS3?

I currently record with the roxio hd pro on ps3 and am getting a ps4 soon but im worried, do i need to buy any hdmi splitters or anything or am i good because of this update sony did???
