Scrolling text at the end of a video

Can anyone point me to directions on how to scroll "credits" at the end of a video that I'm producing. The menus in the video editor aren't very intuitive. I did find out how to insert text, but that causes the text to appear throughout the whole production. I just want it to appear at the end, and I'd like to have it scroll like I've seen in videos produced by other people.

I don't have version 8 on my computer, and hopefully it is the same as version 9. In VideoWave, click on Text Effect on the left side of the screen. A box will open with the available text types. In version 9, it is called Basic Credits.

 

Click on that icon, and click the Okay button. I should add the text effect after your video.

 

BTW, I do this step in Storyline, not Timeline. I first click on the panel at the end of my production before I do the above steps.
