Question

I had to do a fresh restart on my computer which I was told would save everything but it didn't. I found the CD but I have no idea where the actual keys are. I purchased Roxio last year at OfficeMax

 

Is there anyway to gaining the access code again?

It doesn't help. All I have is just the receipt from the store, I highly doubt I registered the product. I have the USB port and CD but no key

 

Did you actually check your account? If not, check to see if you did register the product. Go here, and enter your e-mail address and password. If you did register it, the name of the suite, and the product key will be shown.

Nothing. The product was never registered.

 

Drop back 10 yards and punt. On the 2nd page of the Moderating Team, at the bottom of these forums, put your mouse over Rox-Ralf, and send him a private message. Maybe he can help you.
