TimArnold
Hi Everybody, My Mom has used Roxio Photosuite 5 Platinum for years and she Loves this program not just for the editing capabilities but for the ALBUMS feature. I just installed it on her new PC but I 'Auto Populated' albums and the 'All Files' Album has caused opening albums to be slow as molasses running uphill! I've tried locating the albums but cannot find the location in order to Delete them and start over. I've also uninstalled and re-installed the program thinking it would wipe out the albums, but it didn't. I've also tried selecting all files in that album and removing them but that's not working either. I'm running Windows 7 Professional 64-bit on this pc, Does anybody know where the Roxio Photosuite albums are stored on the computer? Even the name or extension would help to locate them, but in other strings I've seen *.pza and no .pza files are located on my computer.....? Thanks in advance for any advice. bimicher
Photosuite 5 is of course not certified to be compatible with W7 and there is no guarantee it will run with W7 correctly
TimArnold
Yep, I know that well but still the question of the album location remains....do you know Digital Guru?

sknis
Yep, I know that well but still the question of the album location remains....do you know Digital Guru? Make a new one and then save it with an unusual name. Use Windows to search for that name and then select to open the location. Now you know where they are. I doubt that it is the problem though. TimArnold
Thanks for the advice. I actually tried that yesterday but then realized this new computer hadn't been indexed so it's indexing right now and I'll try again. Thanks.
