Stabalize Video Patch

Hi - I am very new to this software and to video editing generally. I am mostly takin gvids off my i[phone so the stablize video function was a selling point for me for Roxio Creator NTX Pro 2. The online support service has advised that a patch is being developed to repair. Any ideas a) how long that will take, and how I find out about and resolve when the patch is sorted?

Ask the person who told you a patch was being developed. That information is new to us users !

 

What problem do you have with the stabilizer? I hope you realize that the stabilizer simply zooms in on the video to give the appearance of stabilization. You lose whatever is near the edges of the video. As far as I know, all stabilizers of this type work the same way. It will do only a marginal job of stabilization; it will not cure all the issues you may have. I believe that there are some pay for programs that will do a better job of stabilization. The best one (probably) is a plug in and doesn't work with Creator.
