I have the disk and registration numbers, but the computer doesn't have a disk drive. There is a Easy Media Creator 10 and a Roxio Creator 2010 no Roxio Creator 10! Neither Easy Media Creator 10 and a Roxio Creator 2010 are compatible with Windows 8 or 8.1. Roxio Creator NXT and Creator NXT2 are Windows 8 compatible.
