Hey all, I'm looking for a bit of support. I have a Roxio Gamecap (non HD) and i've had it for a little while. I had to get a new computer and so I need to re-download my software. I think I found how to do it, but i'm having issues. I either need my Order Number and Password or email and 5 credit card digits. I don't have the credit card used anymore, and I don't have any clue how to find my order number. Any help?? MUCH appreciated.

Sorry for the waste of time but I believe I got a fix for it. I sent in a support ticket as well in case no one replied to me here and the support person helped me alot. In the process of downloading right now. Thanks though and If I have any issues with it I should be posting back on this subject shortly. I'll keep you updated!
