98% Hang

When burning dual layer disks, the product hangs at 98%. I did a complete uninstall and reinstall, to know avail. There are no firmware updates that I am missing. I have used this before, without incident. Tried another disc mfg...t no avail. Any ideas?

How long have you waited when it gets to the 98% ?? depending on what you are burning and how large the file is (or how small it is as well), it might take more time than you are giving it. If you are using duel layer media and the file is not very large and you have used the option to "close" the disk after the file burn, the program has to take some time to close all that portion of the disk that wasn't used. Suggest you give it a bit more time. Tat and when in the "hang" time, open the "Task manager" and under the "Application" (TAB) see if the program is still running. If not it will indicate "Not Responding".
