Xbox One - No Signal But Shows On Tv

I got the xbox one hdmi into a HDMI splitter which goes into a Roxio Game Capture HD Pro, then another HDMI into my tv. I use the HDMI splitter because without it, it doesn't show up on my TV.

 

Well, I go try recording some Call of Duty, but in the program, it says "No Signal" but it's red, and it just shows a black screen. What am I doing wrong?

It would appear that the RGC Device is not getting a valid signal from your splitter...

 

It Does work if you plug in directly from the Xbox One, right???

 

Try that, and get one more HDMI cord so you can use your Splitter (for the hdcp code) between the RGC Output and your TV.
