New Roxio Program Same Old Problems

hay all used to be on here as trinibob using my old roxio editing program learned a lot from you all but now i have a new pc that cant run the old roxio so i upgraded to the new roxio easy cd and dvd burning.

this is my problem I have a bunch of video saved on my pc as mp4 from the camcorder and gopro i try to edit it with roxio in the dvd edit tab and it doesnt see the files stored in the file that are mp4 what do i half to do to make this program see and edit the files?

Since you say you have been on these boards before you no that you should first of all tell us what program you are using. Posting in the forum for non-Roxio related topics is not very helpful in providing information. It would really be very useful if you were to tell us what program you are using.

I'm afraid it's very clear to me. The software you have bought is Easy CD & DVD Burning version 14, and it has been disabled from using many of the most popular file formats including MP4s.

. . . .there are many more such topics. If you bought your software direct from Roxio you should return it immediately for a refund.
