Problems With Audio Capture

I have recently purchased Creator NTX2 to capture audio tapes onto PC. Using a Sony tape deck it captures all the recording from both sides of tape.

When I click stop it says click next. When I click next button window pops up with file name audio01.mps3. But when you click the OK button it sys file not found.

 

I have done a crash.dmp file from Windows explorer but cannot find email address to send to Corel technical. anyone had similar problems. Tried several times but result always the same. Using Windows7 64 bit software.

'sys file not found' sounds like a system file from the operating system.

 

What is the path where your outputting the file? Have you checked there for audio01.mps3?

 

Search for audio01.mps3.

Sorry my typing the text is so small, it should read 'it says file no found - meaning the audio file name' not a sys file error.

How long is the tape you are trying to capture?

 

Also did you mistype mp3 to add an "s" I'm a little old fashioned so there may indeed be a mps3 audio format.
