Lag And Colours? O.o

Nerion

Question

So, I'm trying to connect my Roxio Game Capture HD Pro to my TV, but it won't work. My TV shows a blue screen, and the same does the program on my laptop. Neither can I seem to access the inputs, as the "list" is completely empty. Please help!

The 'No Signal' is colored green, which is strange, because it's normally red. And I'm hooked up to my TV Tuner. I'm trying to record certain TV programs, and I know it works; I've done it in the past.

It's hooked up with one HDMI-cable going from the tuner to the Roxio, and another one from the Roxio to the TV.

It is illegal to copy, copy righted material!

Posting methods, workarounds, etc. will get you banned and if noticed by law enforcement, will put you on their interest list

However, a Green Signal indicates that the software/drivers are not properly installed or have become corrupt. A proper repair should fix that:

First thing to do is to turn off your Anti Virus, Firewalls, Registry Cleaners, etc.

Unplug your RGC Device and put it aside until you are completely finished.

Now insert your Roxio Disc.

Be sure you accept the offer to Check for Updates (this is for Roxio, not Windows)

When you reach the screen where
Repair
is offered, choose that!

When the Repair competes, turn your AV & Firewall back on and reboot.

Ah, don't worry Jim! It's just a news report my brother is in, but he's abroad, so he can't see it, but he really wants to. I doubt news stories are perticullary illegal to copy.

And I'll try to reinstall it next time I get an external disk drive, because my current laptop doesn't have one. :/
