Preview Pane Is Not In Color

My first project. Just loaded NXT2 on a older Dell upgraded to Win7. Trying to create a slide show. Added pics. However, the Preview Pane looks like an old 60s vintage TV. It's black & white with vertical lines. Occasionally, following a mouse click it will look normal for a split-second.

Not just Drivers but the Nvidia Software is important!

 

Make sure you have everything set at Stock Values, NO tweaks or 'improvements'.

It IS NOT a software issue - program is 2 years old and no one else has this happening

 

You have the Nvidia software installed even if you don't realize it. Right click on the Desktop click on the Nvidia Control Center. That is the software, check settings in there.

OK, drivers finally updated. Problem still exists. So my video card is an NVidia Quadro NVS 285 (WDDM1.1). My old version of Creator 2009 worked fine with the machine running XP.

May thanks for your time. I will have to claim ignorance. I downloaded the driver from the NVidia website but I did not download any software. If you can address my ignorance I would be most grateful. Regarding tweaks, etc., I always go with "Recommended" settings and to the best of my knowledge I have not made any changes.

Thank you for the reply. You made me realize that I probably need to download updated drivers for the video card, since I have loaded Win7. I will do that first and report back. Thanks again!

That would be an issue with your PC and not the software...
