Record Going Wrong/xbox 360

(i sorry if you cant see what im talking about just ask and i'll can see if i can make it better to see)

ok so i been recording for a while recording here and there and RGC has been good till i tried recording call of duty ghost,and naruto storm but for some reason i get these black/grey bars at the top and bottom of the video (ex pics in attached files) and comes out like this (ex vid: https://www.youtube....h?v=tc00SXH15iA ) but other game i record is ok and come oue like this (ex vid: https://www.youtube....h?v=Aoua4p0r4rA) the tv i been recording on it not a hdtv so i cant record in 1080p only 480 and and i tried to record ghost but black bars shows like Capture1.PNG below the 1st one.it's only on 480 this does this even on my hdtv (ex hdtv pic Capture3.PNG below th last one),but when i go to 1080 on the hdtv i dont get the bars (ex pic Capture2.PNG below the 2nd) and i know you say just play on the hdtv i can and cant.what i mean is yes i cant just record off of there but i cant play becasue of some input lag so of u know some thing to do to fix this or know someway i can edit out the bar after i record help me becasue im (just like every other 10 yr old ,not really 10) trying to start a youtube channel and if other games i want to record and play does this i need to know what to change/do/or edit to fix this. thanks for the help

Yes as near as I can tell, that would be the cause of it...

 

But what I was trying to get across to you, is that it has always been that way, even in FILM :o

 

No one runs out of a theater screaming just because the projected film does not fit the screen (none of them do) :lol:

 

Likewise, if you have a 16:9 TV/Monitor, you will never find a movie that will fit it, well darn few!

 

If you have a 4:3 TV they usually do fit, but you don't even realize how much is being cut off!

 

But ratio's are mathematical law - no one can change that any more than you can make 10 a prime number ;)

You did not get the HD capture device so you will have issues when the game is 16:9...

 

Nothing can be done but in the end no one really notices it, just as you don't when watching movies on TV ;)

 

evn if i dont have the HD capture device ( which the RGC PRO which i think your talking about) why is this happening and only happen to some games i record,and when i go to upload on youtube ppl can notice it :(

but why does it not show up and i put it on 1080p on my hdtv?
