Streaming = Bluescreen

Hello i am a new with the Roxio game capture card HD i have a big problem when i start streaming to twitch is 30 mins 1 hour all fine then gets my pc a bluescreen its 100% the Roxio capture i test it on a other pc any fix ?

 

Bluescreen error: apc index mismatch

 

Windows 8.1

 

i have a very good pc so its not the fault on the pc
