Videowave Crash

Bonjour,

Je viens d’acheter Roxio Creator NXT 2 et lorsque je clique sur « modifier une vidéo » (avancé), il y a un plantage. J’avais cela dans la version précédente. Parfois cela fonctionne au bout de 3 à 4 essais.

J’ai essayé le lancement de Windows en mode minimal, j’ai fait un sfc/scannow, en vain.

Mon Pc est à jour de tous les pilotes, de Windows 8.1.

Avez-vous une solution ?

Hello there,

I just bought Roxio Creator NXT 2 and when I click "edit video" (advanced), there is a crash. I had it in the previous version. Sometimes it works at after 3 to 4 trials.

I tried starting Windows in clean boot, I did a sfc / scannow in vain.

My Pc is updated all drivers, Windows 8.1.

Do you have a solution?

Hello there,

I checked the application compatibility / administrator.

Sometimes it works the first time and then I switched off after the first launch these services.
