Help - Error No Connection

When I run Roxio PC Game Capture, and the option you selected to capture; I get an error that can not connect to the network, when this goes perfectly me.

 

PS: this is the second time I install it on the same computer, and the first time I was fine.

Okay, the problem I have already solved. When you are installing and asks if you want to check for updates you give no.

 

But now when I hit the capture button I will not open the capture window: (

First - I don't have this device or the software

 

I have never seen that one before but I am hoping someone has and will dive in here!

 

I was hoping to see the main program interface as well along with a description of how you are connected??? So far all we know is little more than 'don't work'

I assume it's the same I'm getting. See attached.

 

I'm running the program as an administrator. Kids bought this and now it's looking like it's not supported anymore?

This is the program, and both WIFI and wired I get the same error.

 

PS: I'm Spanish, so the program is in my language.

That is a strange one

 

Let's try a more through version of the Repair.

 

Unplug your RGC Device and put it aside until you are completely finished.

 

Download and install the

Revo

Uninstaller. Then run it in

Moderate Mode

to remove any traces of Roxio.

 

Then turn off your Anti Virus, Firewalls, Registry Cleaners, etc.

 

Now insert your Roxio Disc.

 

Be sure you accept the offer to Check for Updates (this is for Roxio, not Windows)

 

When the Install competes, turn your AV & Firewall back on and reboot.
