2 Problems

Hello, i have two problems i usualy use roxio with normal PC and Xbox and most of think is fine, but when i try to livestream by using ur program i have incredible lags and i have 40mb upload, i can use xsplit-broadcaster, xsplit-gamecaster, obs, or even xboxone app and its fine, but i have no idea how to set them to stream with 1080p by using ur deive, and as i said while using roxio app... lags are rly big.

 

My second problem is when i try to use my laptop on roxio app i have black screen even if it say that all devices are conected (there is fine signal) and i also can see everything on tv, its not weak laptop so all should work same like on pc, is there something more what this application need to work correctly? some drivers or something like that? I know one think, that cant be resolution problem because on my normal PC its fine.

If your PC is not capable of outputting audio on an HDMI, then you have to connect the Line Out of its' audio card to the RCA (red - white) input of the RGC Device

 

As to your black screen it is a setting of the video on your lap. Until you identify and correct it, it will remain black.

You have a video issue with your laptop... You must meet these specs Exactly!

 

1024 X 768 32bit minimum

 

96 DPI (Control Panel – Display – Smaller – 100% (default)

Just an aside to what Jim has said, this is a users forum, so you are not talking to Roxio. It isn't our software.

well still its black, but when i start recording it showing, so i think that will be enaught.

 

i have one more question i think u may help, i connected laptop with roxio app, to pc for recordint it, its working but is there a way to get pc audio from hdmi cable? cuz right now im just able to record only video.
