Why would it matter where I bought it?


Roxio should deal with the issue.

It doesn't really matter "where" you bought it, but there are a number of items that have to be activated through the purchase transaction, such as cell phones and the like. If the transaction at the register doesn't go through properly, that's the responsibility of the store where you purchased it.

Our only option is to PM Ralph? Why the hell did I have to sign up for a random forum to use software I spent 70 bucks on to get support? This is ridiculous.


No one is here to argue with you. You were told how to take care of the problem in Post #2.
