You posted in copy and convert; but you said you have Creator DE. Not the same program. What is the fill name (number) of the program you have? Some examples are Creator 9 DE and Creator 10 DE. These are both different.

If this just happened, use Windows Restore to get the computer back to when the program worked. If that does not do it, you will need to reinstall/repair the program. Let us know which worked for you.

Do you use a Registry Cleaner? Some overly aggressive ones can screw up a program. Examples are Registry Mechanic or Norton 360 and others. Turn those off and never use them again.

DE signifies that it is an OEM (freebie/tester) version modified by Dell. For any major issues, you will need to go to Dell for help.

Hello Emerald,

Your problem has been discussed here before, when other people started running into it.

It concerns the script command used by many older versions of Creator, regardless of whether they're Dell versions or not, and how that script reacts to changes at the Roxio site.

Please read this topic for an explanation. http://forums.support.roxio.com/topic/92976-script-error-roxio-creator-9/

Regards,

Brendon
