Glitchy Footage After Loading Screens?

Hello! Its my first post here been enjoying using the Roxio so far, only had a few issues that I have managed to fix. But one issue I cant seem to understand is this: so when I am capturing game footage, it usually goes pretty smoothly. But sometimes I capture about 30 mins of footage, then when I go to edit it, I notice the footage suddenly becomes glitchy and unwatchable. I have recently noticed this seems to happen after loading screens. I dont know how to fix this issue. I am pretty much a PC noob so I dont know my specs etc but I do know I am using a HP Pavilion G6 Laptop that is intel core i5. Does anyone know of any way to fix this? I dont want to have to keep restarting capture after every load screen

Those are called Cut Scenes and no one has found a way past it

 

Many capture devices are effected by them.

Might be fun to try an alternative capture software...

 

HERE is one I have used, the trial download is limited to 2 minutes of capture but see what that does

it seems to have gotten worse than just the loading screens now even when I hit capture the problem immediately happens and I cant seem to find a way to fix it.
