ogdens
My bad also I copied the Pro version picture instead of the Standard. Does the PS3 work ok when plugged directly into the TV ?. Please verify that you can play the PS3 console and everything is good an the computer preview screen. Also check that you have Unchecked the 1080p option in the PS3 settings. IconSean
UPDATE: I come to tell how i fixed this problem Apparently the instructions to plug in my TV cables were in the wrong side You see the cables on the green writing side? Yeah my TV cables were supposed to go there not my PS3 cables Now I can see my PS3 on my TV while everything is hooked up to my laptop Just wanted to clear that up, Thanks for trying to assist me @ogdens
ogdens
When the Game Cap first came out the instructions were wrong. The home page on here was corrected. The Console goes in the Component IN. Other users on here have said that it will work either way! Its working for you
ogdens
Running out of ideas....here are some more "maybe's" You have rebooted computer/turned of PS3? The Component input on your TV is a known good input (you have tested with another source)?. The cable from the Roxio capture card is also a known good cable (tested with another one)?.
