I installed the new disk on my wife's laptop with no problem. Then we discovered the DVD drive on her laptop is not working. So tried to install the Easy VHS to DVD on my laptop which does have a working DVD recorder. However, I cannot complete installation on my laptop (Windows 8). I get the follwoing message when I get to the COustome Info Screen and type in my Product Key then hit NEXT:

"Roxio Easy VHS to DVD3 Setup Not responding" THis happens over and over. WHat is the problem?

Can I not install my copy on a second computer?

Copy the installation disc to a new folder you make on your desk top then run the setup.exe from the folder.
