Lost Cd Key

I recently purchased a new laptop. unfortunately I no longer have the box the device came in or the sleeve the disc came in either.I no longer have access to the email I registered it with.All I have is serial number and the email it was registered to but nothing else. not sure how to proceed...

Go to the main Roxio website, click on My Account at the top of the page, sign in, and you should see all of the Roxio products you have, and the CD keys.

Now it says I never verified the email for that account. Though I know I did because I always received promo ads But I don't have access to that email account anymore.

Top right of this page when your signed in, click your username, My Settings, Email & Password.

I do not have the ability to sign in, so I cant get on the settings...

I will summarize my entire problem to better assist. I can not gain access to the account associated with my device, I can not reset passwords because I do not have access to the email associated with the account. I continue receiving error codes when I attempt to utilize the old to new email account link. I have the device sitting next to me and the cd in the tray with no cd key because I have no idea where it is/went. and I have 47,000 people waiting on my next stream...

If you do what I told you to do it will show your current email address when your signed in!
