Converting From Mpeg2.ts To An Mpeg4

Hi, I am having difficulties in converting my MPEG2.TS files into an MPEG 4. I am very frustrated and I am not a guru, but think I am doing the right thing, but whenever I drag and drop into the "edit video" tab and it says okay to convert files, I say yes and then get the following error: "Error Building Graph". Can you help me before this takes me over the edge?

Often that is a issue with your video settings or video card drivers. Make sure that your display is set to 100% = 96 dpi and the drivers for your video card are up to date.

 

You can also convert that TS file to mp4 using Roxio Copy and Convert or a third party converter like, for example, Any Video Converter.
