How To Re-Download Toast 11 Pro

I have to install on my new Mac Toast Titanium Pro that I bought on August 2011. Unfortunately, I did not save the installer downloaded at the time of purchase. Is there a way to download the file "Toast_11_Pro_1100_669.dmg", without buying another copy of Toast 11 PRO?

No. I believe Roxio offered at the time of purchase some kind of backup (maybe a disc). But if you didn't buy that you needed to make your own backup copy of the installer. The standard version of Toast is available as a download from the Roxio software updates page but that will not include the extra apps and Blu-ray plugin included with the Pro version. Still, those extra apps may be available as downloads from those developers and the Blu-ray plugin can be purchased separately from Roxio.
