Paid For Toast -Pro, But The Downloader Gave Me Titanium. What Should I Do?



Where can I ask a question on a serious issue that I have regarding my purchase?

I purchased a Toast-pro, the downloader gave me the Toast-11 Titanium. Why should I settle to this ? Can you explain?


I tried reaching the 877 number and the 952 number, but unfortunately the same person answers in a standard way. "He cannot do a technical support".

This is not even technical. I sense some stupidity here. He offers me a refund when I am almost hours away from my actual Blu-ray delivery.
