I purchased a Toast-pro, the downloader gave me the Toast-11 Titanium. Why should I settle to this ? Can you explain? I tried reaching the 877 number and the 952 number, but unfortunately the same person answers in a standard way. "He cannot do a technical support". This is not even technical.
