Bangemout®
Hello, Not sure what went wrong... I have Creator Pro NXT. I use an assorted array of CD and DVD media types and never had an issue until now. However, for the purpose of this issue, let's use the HP DVD-R x16 (4.7gig). Scenario: I populate and burn the DVD with data. The result is, when used elsewhere on any other machine or laptop, an unreadable DVD. That is to say, in one particular instance, my wife's HP laptop, requests a choice in which to handle the DVD as a USB or Data. Both choices do not work afterwards. But that's not the point. This newly created DVD should work normally and be able to read and display its contents for viewing. I tried the OPTIONS to find a configuration that would work, but to no avail. Any idea's ? You say when used on any other machine the disc can't be read. Can it be read on the machine which made it? Please. Have you tried reading it on a different computer from your wife's laptop? Which application or menu item in Creator NXT Pro did you use to burn the disc? Is it a Data DVD or a Video DVD? Thanks very much for your answers.
