Cannot Save A Data Disc Project

Every time I try to save a data disc project, Creator NXT crashes. If I try to save t from the menu (File, Save or File, Save As), Creator crashes. If I just Exit the program, and answer Yes when asked if I'd like to save the project, the Creator window goes black and nothing happens. The red "x" is still there in the upper right corner, and if I press that, it asks me if I'd like to save the project before exiting again. I bought the upgrade from Easy CD Creator to Creator NXT 2 a couple of months ago, and haven't been able to save a project. I've already tried uninstall and reinstall to start clean. Any suggestions?

Are you talking about the Burn Data Disc, under the Data/Copy tab in the Suite???

 

Just tried it and it works fine on mine.

 

Try a more extensive repair proceedure:

 

Download and install the

Revo

Uninstaller. Then run it in

Moderate Mode

to remove any traces of Roxio.

 

Then turn off your Anti Virus, Firewalls, Registry Cleaners, etc.

 

Now insert your Roxio Disc.

 

When it offers to 'Check for Updates' click No this time.

 

When the Install competes, turn your AV & Firewall back on and reboot.
