Faulting Application Roxio_Central36.exe

A user has XP sp3 and is running Creator Business Edition 10.3. When she starts the program she gets errors such as Roxio_Central36.exe - Application Error, The instruction at "0x6210564d" referenced memory at "0x03c0fca0". The memory could not be "read".

The event log says the following.

I've run Repair, Uninstall, Reinstall,cleaned the Registry in the process, the whole 9 yards. What would fix this issue?

You have a Lenovo Custom OEM version .Roxio made it for Lenovo to meet their specification and all support comes from them.
