A user has XP sp3 and is running Creator Business Edition 10.3. When she starts the program she gets errors such as Roxio_Central36.exe - Application Error, The instruction at "0x6210564d" referenced memory at "0x03c0fca0". The memory could not be "read".

I've run Repair, Uninstall, Reinstall,cleaned the Registry in the process, the whole 9 yards. What would fix this issue?
