Creator 2012 Plus Will Not Install

I also cannot reinstall roxio creator 2012 plus and I am running windows XP on this computer. I had to reformat my hard drive and now I cannot install roxio creator 2012 plus.

 

I am wondering since XP is no longer supported if this is my problem and if it is how to I resolve this?

I register on roxio and the e-mail they sent me states I have 14 days for one free download and since I already have roxio creator plus 2012 can I get this for my windows XP?

How do I get this download?

The software works just fine with Windows XP. That isn't your problem.
